Business program of "HOTEL-2015" Exhibition
7 thematic sites, over 60 professional events for experts in hotel industry will be presented this year in the framework of the exhibition business program:

Hoteliers summit - Hall №1
For the first time in the framework of "HOTEL-2015" Exhibition, in cooperation with the Country Hotels Association, supported by Fantalis Corporate Group and Hospitality Income Consulting, a two-day "Country Hotel. Resort hotel. Profits the whole year round" Conference will be held, dedicated to specifics of business arrangement and management in the segment - from design ideas to issues of equipping and outfitting the object with additional services in order to attract new visitors. Implementation of a successful model.
Managers and owners of successful country hotels, as well as representatives of suppliers and manufacturers of goods and services for the country segment, who are also participants of "Goods for country hotels" Exposition, will take part in the conference.
In the framework of the conference the following subjects will be discussed in detail: forming of a complex tour product, development and marketing of country lodgings, organization of effective work load for the staff during any season. Participants will also discuss practicable marketing and sales channels in this segment, productive methods of visitor attracting and profitable work strategies regardless of the season.

Hoteliers summit - Hall №2
Theft by non-management staff and fraud by managers, abuse of the owner’s trust - have you encountered any of that? Do you wish to learn how to detect and prevent external and internal fraud? A practical training: "Preventive strategy in fighting corporate theft: seek and neutralize" on October 6 will help you resolve this issue. On the same day a closed session will be held, where top managers of management companies of the Russian Federation will participate.
On October 7 in Hoteliers summit - Hall №2 for the first time a panel discussion will take place, where representatives of hostels and other minor lodgings will participate. This event is held due to recent active development of the hostel market, which is an integral segment of the hotel market. However, it is essential that its development should be professional and accurate, and not spontaneous. Within the context of the discussion participants will discuss current state and perspectives of development of this segment of the hotel business in 2016, and will have a detailed review of hostel management optimization issues, mini-hotel human resources management, potential of non-specialized use of hostels, etc.
Additionally, a four-hour training of on-line hotel reputation management from BIG TREE hotel training company, and "New Guests: China Friendly and Halal" will also be held.

"Country hotel. Resort hotel. Profits the whole year round" Conference
Country hotels and resort hotels are some of the most prospective segments of the hospitality industry. Development of the internal tourism and increase of demand for comfortable country rest homes have led to a growth of importance of this type of hotel business, and its huge development potential.
Taking into account the fact that the subject of resort and country hotels have never been fully introduced at any business convention in Russia, "HOTEL-2015" Exhibition decided to take this task upon itself.
For the first time at "HOTEL-2015" Exhibition, "Country hotel. Resort hotel. Profits the whole year round" Conference will take place, dedicated to specifics of organization and business activity in this segment - from an idea to designing and implementation of a successful model. Within two days representatives from the most successful country hotels will explicitly review and discuss subjects, such as: development, formation of a complex tour product, marketing, organization of effective work load for the staff during any season, as well as practicable marketing and sales channels, productive methods of visitor attracting and profitable work strategies regardless of the season.

The Central Stage "Russian House" (Russkiy Dom)
Tendency of going back to native Russian traditions in 2015 continues to gain momentum. The Central Stage "Russian House" (Russkiy Dom), which had a triumphant debut last year, will demonstrate true Russian hospitality and open its doors for all visitors of the exhibition. Here visitors will be able to negotiate, rest and meet in an informal manner, engrossed in the atmosphere of comfort. The stage will be presented in an exclusive design solution, combining contemporary design trends and ethnic Russian style.
At the The Central Stage "Russian House" (Russkiy Dom) "Russian Hotel Talks" informal meetings of Russian hoteliers will take place under tactful supervision of Konstantin Artemyev. Hoteliers will gather for an open collective discussion of the most pressing matters of business activity, purchase and installation of hotel equipment in coordination with suppliers, namely - automation of hotel management, rational hotel outfitting, economic return etc. During the final stage preliminary results of 2015 will be summed up, forecasts and perspectives of hotel industry development in 2016 will be made.

The "Architecture, engineering and design" Forum
New format, new faces, renewed program of the most topical and important themes in the field of construction and reconstruction of hotel complexes, as well as architectural and design solutions in hotels, will be presented this year at The "Architecture, engineering and design" Forum
For the very first time, a professional Dialog of Architects, Hoteliers, designers and experts in classification of hotels and other accommodation facilities will take place at the convention, meant to help solve many issues and answer many questions, arising during cooperation on hotel construction from scratch and their refurbishment.
"SMART ROOMS – technological effectiveness and convenience at a reasonable price!" round table discussion from participants of hotel rooms exhibition will also take place there, the main subject of which will be high technology trends for hotels.
On the third day of the exhibition - October 7, 2015, an Architect competition will be held in the context of the Forum - finals and the award ceremony for winners of the International Open Design Competition "HOTEL 2015". The competition includes both already implemented designs, and future designs in the form of 3D-images made by professional architects of public facilities. SALON Interior magazine is the co-organizer of the competition with support from Archiprofi.ru professional community.
The forum has been developed especially for designers, architects, constructors, as well as investors and developers.

In the framework of Forum "Architecture, engineering and design" the second Architect Competition will be held. This year’s co-organizers are SALON Interior magazine and ADVANZ agency, with support from the Experts’ Council (CEID.ru) and the National Contracting Group (NKG.com.ru).
The official Internet-partner of the competition is Archiprofi.ru professional community.
Finals and the award ceremony for winners of the International Open Design Competition "HOTEL 2015" will be held on October 7, 2015. The competition includes both already implemented designs, and concepts of hotel room and temporary apartment interiors in the form of 3D-images made by professional architects, designers and decorators.
An exposition will be formed of the best works of the competition, which the visitors will be able to see on mobile structures within four days of the exhibition.

"SMART ROOMS – technological effectiveness and convenience at a reasonable price!"
This year the exposition of hotel rooms at the exhibition will be expanded up to two hotel rooms of different categories and style: Standard and Business Junior Suite, 20 m2 each. Such segregation allows to demonstrate our visitors a complex solution with various price standards. "SMART ROOMS – technological effectiveness and convenience at a reasonable price!" Exposition will feature state-of-the-art technological trends, as well as design solutions.
The partner of the Business Junior Suite is BELTEL system integrator.

The "Cleanliness. Comfort. Coziness" Forum
The forum is held mainly for representatives of the housekeeping sphere – one of the largest and most important services of the hotel; managers and specialists of cleaning companies and HR-agencies of the sphere. The expansive business program has been formed in cooperation with the "First Club of Hospitality Professionals" and Taras Dudar’s International Consulting Center with participation of manufacturing companies, suppliers and distributors of goods and services.
During the first day of the exhibition Taras Dudar’, international cleaning and hygiene expert, will carry out a series of technological practical seminars, united by a common topic: "Clean hotel. "Knowledge, technologies, products":
- Rules of cleaning tools and equipment selection when outfitting a hotel
- Specialties of cleaning and care of fitted carpets in hotels
- Sources of unpleasant odors and effective methods of their removal
- Various methods of marble floor restoration, their advantages and disadvantages
On the second and the third day of the exhibition the sphere’s experts will explicitly address such issues as: line personnel training; personnel motivation in the 21-st century; FMS innovations in terms of outstaffing, as well as new working mechanisms and development perspectives for 2016; housekeeping service operation particularities in conditions of an all-weather resort or a country hotel, etc.
Apart from seminars a presentation from suppliers of professional chemistry and cleaning services will be held. For example, on October 7 "Clean hotel and textile laundering from KIEHL" conference will take place at the convention, where Christian Geisinger will tell about effective methods and technologies of preserving and maintaining cleanliness and comfort in a hotel, starting from professional hotel textile laundering and room cleaning, to hygiene of a restaurant, kitchen premises, pool and SPA in a hotel.
Apart from that, an awarding ceremony for housekeeping service "veterans", who have been working in the sphere for more than 15 years, and contributed greatly in the sphere of hospitality, will be held at the Forum for the first time.
The exposition of suppliers of equipment, professional chemistry and services in the sphere of cleaning will be located on the right side at the exhibition entrance, opposite from the forum.
